About
TMR Holistic Therapy prides itself on assisting clients with improving posture, breathing and mindfulness in the office and home environment. Our objective is to encourage clients and provide them with the necessary tools to avoid poor circulation , as well as drawing the link between movement and the reduction of stress. Mindfulness breaks (i.e. breathing timeouts) have also proven to reduce stress, improve productivity and reduce brain fog during the day.
