Exact location - eg. Right forearm

To confirm your appointment, a booking fee is required. This booking will come off your total treatment price. Your treatment price will be what has been discussed during your consultation. If you need to reschedule, your appointment can be transferred to another day but we do require 72 hours notice. Failure to attend appointment, reschedule date or not calling to arrange alternate times will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
