Throughout the My Breakthrough Program you will be provided with tools, strategies, and techniques to improve your performance, overcome obstacles, achieve your goals and love yourself.

Personal and professional coaching involves working with you, one-on-one, to identify areas of improvement and create an action plan. This plan may involve setting targets, developing skills, and
building confidence. As your coach I will help you to recognise your strengths and weaknesses, and to leverage these strengths while addressing the gaps for improvement.
