Welcome to The Jawn Lounge! To secure your appointment, a £20 deposit is required, which will not be refunded if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Please note that I do not allow plus ones during appointments to ensure that the focus remains on your service. There is a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late. After this, a £10 late fee will be added. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
