couldn't connect to the wifi for some reason with my password provided?

Hi Michelle Sorry you couldn't connect to the wifi - there is a little booklet in each of the offices that explain what you can do to rectify this. Most of the times clients with this problem have high security settings which don't allow for the connection. Maybe have a look at this for next time Deb :)

Apparently, the air-conditioner wasn't working in the room used by our staff and it got very warm.

Hey Steve, I spoke with your workers the next day and told them how to put the aircon on - it was working they just didn't let us know that they wanted it on :)
