A deeply personalised Yin Yoga experience tailored to your unique needs. This session focuses on long-held, gentle postures to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance. With guided breathwork and optional aromatherapy, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Bespoke Yin Yoga Session

Movement

This ritual begins with a relaxing, meditative Yin Yoga session (40 minutes), focusing on grounding postures that open the hips and release deep tension. Afterward, the client receives a gua sha facial massage (30 minutes) using cooling jade or rose quartz tools, enhancing lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness, and releasing facial tension. This experience leaves both the body and face feeling rejuvenated, giving it an extra glow. 

Treatment Flow:

	•	40 minutes of slow Yin Yoga, working on breath and mindfulness.
	•	A 30-minute soothing gua sha massage to calm the nervous system and uplift the skin.
