• Hair MUST be properly washed, detangled and free of all products ( grease/oils ). If not detangled, a blow-out service can be added for an additional $10 

•Failure to respond to your confirmation message will result in your appointment being cancelled. 

• If your hair is short, please send a picture of your current hair lenght before booking an appointment. PLEASE book short hair grip under add-ons category! 

• You are required to supply your own braiding hair ( Super X TZ Braids ) and style wax ( Smokkin/Red One/Neatbraid ) if you don't have, product can be provided for an additional $8 

• Late fee is in full effect! There's a 5 min grace period. If you have an appointment please be on time, late arrival will result in a late fee as stated below.
- After 10 mins - $5
- After 15 mins - $10
- After 20 mins - $20
After 30 mins your appointment will be CANCELLED 

• Absolutely NO extra persons are allowed! The client being serviced should be alone.

• Cancellations should be done within 48/24 hours. No shows without cancellation WILL NOT be able to book new appointments in the future.

• If you are sick or experiencing symptoms please DO NOT BOOK. If you have already booked an appointment, it can be rescheduled. 

• When booking, please be sure to use a valid phone number that you can be reached by. 

• If you booked a certain lenght & style, on the same day of your appointment you are not allowed to change the style in anyway which you booked. Any changing of booking details should be made atleast 48/24 hours before your appointment!

 If you don't see a style listed on the booking site, please message and send a photo to inquire about what you're interested in. 

• If you don't see an available date/ time slot on the booking link, please send a message!

• A message will be sent letting you know how many packs of braiding hair or what type to purchase for your desired style.

• Purchase braiding hair according to the lenght you choose. ( Super X TZ Braiding Hair ) 
- Mid-back/ Bob length styles - *38inch* hair
- Waist lenght styles - *48inch* hair
- Butt Lenght - *60inch* hair 

• If your scalp is very sensitive or you hate strong product odours, I highly recommend you purchase ( Neatbraid Conditioning Shining Gel ) it has no color or scent.  

• Dropping off your hair in advance so that it can be pre sectioned onto the braiding rack is very beneficial. It saves alot of time. If you can, please drop it off.
