Swedish Massage

An in depth dive into muscle manipulation. Deep tissue is, as it were, a deep travel into the muscle tissue to access deeper layers. This is most helpful to people with chronic pain, athletes or those who have or have had an injury.

Deep Tissue Massage

In this massage treatment we combine and beautifully blend deep tissue techniques and swedish techniques. You can expect varied pressure, some depth and a salt of softness... it's kinda like swimming back and forth between the deep and the shallows.
