At your first appointment, a detailed medical history will be taken to identify all factors affecting your current health, including information about your lifestyle and diet. All your details will be handled with the strictest confidence. A physical examination will assist in identifying the source of your problem. Together, the case history and examination will enable us (me & you) to formulate a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. A variety of soft tissue technique, PNF/MET, stretching, active & passive movements and manipulative techniques may be used to facilitate your body’s ability to help heal itself. Other lifestyle, dietary, and exercise advice may be provided to prevent recurrence of the condition. Please feel free to ask questions at any time during the consultation. Your first appointment should be 60 minutes. GP approval maybe required.
