This type of therapy cultivates the mind, body and spiritual side of the self to support a person’s health and healing, whilst over-time providing tools and resources that build a level of self awareness and inner resilience to support the yin and yang of life. We treat any emotional imbalances, unpack, explore and work through any personal experiences or feelings, tending to any curiosities for self exploration or spiritual growth. This type of therapy is gentle and helps bring a sense of ease and openness to the inner world. As the practitioner, I hold a safe and open space for you, to allow your psyche to unravel intuitively and organically, through one-to-one sessions. This treatment can help those experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dis-regulation, stress, overwhelm, burn out, a loss of joy and spirit, or struggling with life experiences.
