A private gym that offers personal training and small groups classes. We now have the best infared sauna in South Shields and are welcoming members and non members to come along and use it. Infared saunas have a list of benefits to them, including anti ageing, anti inflammatory, improve blood flow and circulation, increase metabolism and burn calories at rest. They are the future of health and we would love you to come along and use it. Whilst you’re there, you can check out our private gym, which is equipped with the worlds best strength and conditioning kit.
