Hi beautiful 😍. At the Beauty Tech, we value your time and commitment to our services. To ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain the quality of our services we have implemented a mandatory deposit policy for all bookings. 

• A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost. 

- Why we require Deposits 
• The deposits is essential to ensure appointment slots are held for serious clients, avoid cancellations and allow us to provide optimal service to each client .• It also compensates for the time reserved for your service, as we operate on a tight schedule and cannot fill slots with short notice. 



Booking Policy 

Cancellation Policy 
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one day in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

• If cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 24hrs notice, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Late and No-Shows
• Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late to their may need to reschedule and the deposit will not be returned. 

• In the case of a no-show, the deposit will also be forfeited.

Rescheduling 
• Clients are allowed to reschedule once without forfeiting their deposit, provided they give at least 24 hrs notice.
•Rescheduling more than once may require a new deposit. 

Refund Policy
•Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of an error on our part.

Acknowledgement
By booking an appointment with the Beauty Tech, you acknowledge and agree to our mandatory deposit policy.
