My experience with Appelonia was just what I needed. I had a facial with a foot soak and reflexology and walked out feeling totally relaxed and my skin was glowing. She spent extra time on my neck and shoulders because I was experiencing a stiff neck. I will definitely go back and I look forward to doing Pilates and trying a more medical massage for my neck and shoulder pain.  The spa is beautiful inside and a place I will highly recommend to friends.
