Our initial consultation via phone or Google Meet to ensure we are a good fit for your needs. Once you've confirmed your appointment, we'll email you the Google Meet link prior to your meeting. Please note, the $99 fee is only charged in the instance of no-show, late cancellation, or no treatment booked within 7 days of your appointment. The $99 is credited to your treatment cost when booked within 7 days.

Your first in-studio appointment with Synergy Skin and Body Therapy. A credit card confirmation will be due and $99 booking deposit, to secure the appointment, and where the appointment includes a treatment, the cost of your treatment will be confirmed at your appointment prior to treatment. As per our standard terms and conditions, the $99 will be used as credit for your consultation or treatment, or be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no show. With standard cancellations, the deposit will be credited for rebooking, and will expire if not used within 14 days.

An appointment for treatment in studio. Please note, a $99 reservation fee is due in the event of a no show or late cancellation. You will not be charged this fee upfront. The price of your treatment appointment will be discussed at your appointment, depending on the areas, and treatments we complete.
