5 Sense Therapy

An assessment of an individual's diet, lifestyle, and constitution (dosha; Vata-Pitta-Kapha) with a focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Recommendations and therapies will be discussed throughout the session to help an individual achieve balance.

Ayurvedic Health Consultation

A warm Abhyanga massage followed by a continuous stream of warm, herbal oil poured over the third eye center, forehead, and scalp followed by a scalp massage. This ancient treatment revitalizes the mind, releases thought patterns, and induces a deeply relaxing, meditative state. This service is typically performed post Abhyanga. *** Shirodhara is great for mental clarity, stress & tension relief, insomnia, releasing ama (toxins), blood circulation, hair growth, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, facial paralysis, & more!
