All refills must be booked within 3 weeks of the initial full set anything later will be treated as a full set. Arriving with clean lashes is mandatory; otherwise, a $15 lash bath will be added. No makeup, eyeliner, or glue is allowed. Work from other lash techs is not accepted, and removal must be booked in advance. If you experience extreme fallout, you have 48 hours to reach out.
