If you can't find an available spot online, please contact us, and we'll attempt to accommodate you. Our cancellation policy requires that cancellations be made online or by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% charge of your service fee will apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. For bookings of two or more people, a $50 deposit is required to secure your spot and prevent last-minute no-shows. Refunds are not provided for any services rendered.
