Thank you for the feedback. My name is Abigail, as we had met previously in the day I must have forgot to say, it also shows on your booking confirmation. When you were brought you into the room I did confirm that you were booked for the Sheer Indulgence treatment, and explained that it was a back massage followed by a facial, what clothing to remove and how to lie on the bed, sorry if you needed a further explanation. You had filled in a detailed pre-treatment form, which prevents us from eating into your treatment time with a consultation and ensures you have a full 60 mins of hands on therapy. Unlike most commercial spas the ethos here is to ensure that guests receive the most tranquil experience, letting you just enjoy the moment instead of focusing on the upsell of products etc. Each guest is important to me, you’re not just a number, with this in mind I like to read a clients body language and adapt my approach accordingly. Apologies that Spa Sanctuary is not the place for you.

I use spas on a regular basis and have had similar treatments in other venues, however I was disappointed with the both the service and the therapy. The therapist did introduce herself or explain the treatment, nor did she give any advice afterwards, all of which are standard practice in a spa setting.

I just loved the whole experience, the lady who attended to me was amazing. 
The surrounding, ambience of the spa was just wonderful.
