Spa Float Therapy

A 1 hour float session in our state of the art float pod. After your float, there is a vanity room for you to dry your hair or apply any cream/make up. You can then make your way to our relaxation zone where a selection of herbal teas are available. Enjoy a variety of books whilst you feel a true sense of calm and mindfulness before heading out into the busy world!

A 30 min session in our infrared sauna room. A shower and changing facilities are available within the sauna room which is yours for the scheduled time. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available outside and we advise to pay for up to 60 minutes for this session.

Enjoy a shared experience with a family member or friend. You will be floating for 1 hour in separate rooms but at the same time. When you have both finished you will then meet up in our cozy relaxation zone where you can discuss your experiences.

Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body.
