This is the one to have if you have tight or painful muscles/fascia, need to get your lymphatic system moving, or if you just want a lovely relaxing treatment. It can be combined with a bespoke blend of essential oils and/or Reiki. 

Depending on the length of session you book, it can also be combined with Reflexology (feet, hands or face). MST Facial Rejuvenation also available. Choose on the day.

Group Sound Bath with Biofield Tuning

The term biofield refers to our body’s electrical system in its entirety - both the electric current that runs through our bodies, and the magnetic field that surrounds it.
Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method that works directly with this system, seeing it as inextricably connected with our conscious and subconscious mind, including our memories.

During a session, a client lies fully clothed on a treatment table (or chair if more comfortable) whilst the practitioner activates a tuning fork and scans the body slowly beginning from a distance. The practitioner is feeling for resistance and turbulence in the client's energy field. Research suggests the body's organizational energy uses the steady coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself. As the biofield dissonance subsides, clients generally report feeling "lighter" and a reduction or resolution of their symptoms.

Biofield Tuning 

AN EFFECTIVE TREATMENT FOR STRESS REDUCTION, RELAXATION, RESTORE BALANCE, PROMOTES EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, VERY GENTLE AND NURTURING. ALSO, AN EXCELLENT TOOL FOR SHAMANIC JOURNEYING, IF YOU ARE ON THAT PATH.

In this treatment I mostly use the voice to tone vowel sounds which vibrate over and through the body. This is called 'toning'. As well as toning, I may also use some instruments (gongs, drums, singing bowls, chimes, percussion instruments). This is wonderfully relaxing and nurturing, particularly for stress and restoring balance.

- Treating the whole body by massaging the meridian reflex points on the feet / hands / face
- Deeply relaxing and restorative

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet, hands, face or ears. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process. 
Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture with meridian points on the feet, hands, face and ears which correspond to the organs and glands in the body. By pressing and massaging these points it can stimulate energy pathways in the body.
If any energy pathways are blocked reflexology aims to unblock them. Allowing the energy to flow freely again which aims to restore balance to the body.


Make sure you are well hydrated. Take it easy and make time to relax after your treatment.
