A gentle alternative therapy option for the awakened and out of the box thinkers. After surviving years long PTSD, anxiety and depression and being heavily medicated I lost hope getting better. I found myself lost, extremely forgetful and not living. That is until I tried alternative options that actually worked. From there I decided I wanted to help as many people as possible by bringing them back to a state of mind and body in which they feel alive again. I want to utilise the same methods I used to help myself, because I'm proof they work. No one deserves to be left behind.
