This form of healing is based on the principle that energy is not confined to any specific location and can be transmitted over any distance, much like radio waves.

During a distance energy healing session, the practitioner will typically ask for details about the recipient, such as their name, location, and the issues they wish to address. The healer then enters a meditative state and uses focus and intention to send healing energy across the distance, often visualizing the recipient and using symbols or affirmations to aid the process.

Recipients may schedule a specific time for their treatment and create a quiet, comfortable space where they can relax and be open to receiving the energy. Some may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of peace and relaxation during or after the session.



Distance Reiki 

Animal Reiki is a spiritual practice of compassion for all beings. It’s a gentle and non-invasive method of energy healing that can be used to help improve the wellbeing of animals, both physically and emotionally.

Just like humans, animals are sensitive to the energy around them and can benefit from Reiki in many ways. It can help animals to relax and reduce stress, alleviate pain, speed up healing from surgery or illness, and even improve behavioural issues by promoting a sense of peace and calm.

During an Animal Reiki session, the practitioner will often work at a distance from the animal, allowing the creature to dictate how close they come. This respects the animal’s space and makes them feel safe, enabling them to accept the healing energy in their own terms.

Animal Reiki is not only beneficial for domestic pets but also for animals in shelters, sanctuaries, and wildlife. 

Animal Reiki

During your session, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table while the Reiki practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body, channelling healing energy to your whole being.

The treatment will last for 90 minutes, during which you may feel a warming sensation, a gentle pulsing, or a deep sense of calm. It’s not uncommon to fall into a meditative state or even drift off to sleep.

After the session, you may experience increased energy, improved mood, and a greater sense of balance. Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself and complements other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
