This is a slightly shorter hand reflexology session that is still wonderfully relaxing and balancing, particularly for one's emotional state.

Hand Reflexology Express

This includes a consultation during which your treatment plan will be designed, followed by 20 minutes of relaxing reflexology tailored specifically to you.

Reflexology Taster Session

This is includes a full consultation regarding your overall health, wellbeing and medical history, followed by a full investigative treatment to determine what would be the best treatment plan for you.
