Please note: our trial studio is inside a working gym. The sauna is in a private suite, but some background noise may be audible. We provide complimentary earplugs and do our best to minimise disruption, however noise levels are outside our control. We expect to move to a permanent, quieter location soon. Thank you for understanding. Tucked inside a private suite at 5 Borrowmeadow Road, Solāis offers Stirling’s first dedicated infrared sauna experience.. Our studio is designed for solo sessions, giving you privacy, gentle dry heat without steam or heavy humidity, and time to reset.
