This is my second session and have loves my Reiki sessions with Emma. I would highly recommend 

I had my first session with Emma today.  I loved it. 

Didn't know what to expect...having struggled with overwhelming fatigue and joint pain and numerous trips to the docs and getting no answers has been so frustrating.  I never mentioned any of this to Emma.  Day 2 after reiki and my family are wondering what's going on as my energy levels are through the roof! whatever reiki is it works.  I actually feel I have a bit of normality back in my life something I've not felt in a long long time so thanks Emma.

At the start of each session, I perform an energy cleanse using sage and then use palo santo towards the end.  This will clear away any stagnant energy and sealing in the healing. This helps you feel lighter, refreshed and aligned. To complete your experience, you'll receive a carefully selected herbal tea as you integrate the healing benefits of your session. ✨🤍🌙
