Always greeted with a warm welcome! Sauna is always warmed up and ready to go for my appointments and it was a lovely suggestion to add onto my usual deep tissue massage. It definitely helps with the recovery time post-massage! I’ve been seeing Arlynn for YEARS and will follow her anywhere!

This was my first time experiencing a buccal massage and Arlynn was very informative and made me feel comfortable. The massage was not painful which I was worried about when researching videos and places. I woke up feeling less tight this morning and will be incorporating some lymphatic drainage into my routine. I will be returning and I highly recommend trying out if you have built up facial tension!
