I'm a certified Reiki Master in Usui Reiki (RM), Womb Wellness practitioner, life coach, and health & wellness coach. In my massage practice, I specialize in sports massage, reflexology, restorative massage, and energy work. My goal as a Massage Therapist is to improve my clients' overall health, mental and physical. As a Health & Wellness Coach, I will help you gain an awareness of how your body reacts to the foods you eat, how your lifestyle affects your health both in the physical and mental capacities of your life. As a Reiki Master, I believe all beings deserve a judgment-free space to receive energy healing. I use crystal healing as one of the many techniques included in the session. The goal for my Reiki clients is to bring healing and relief from all sickness and suffering from mind, body, and spirit.
