If you're in need of a sports massage session focusing on a specific muscle group, the 30-minute treatment is just for you. This session is designed primarily for clients who have a non-specific injury and would like treatment to a specific area of the body.

• Manual treatment.
• Education.
• Post-care advice + education.

30-Minute Sports Massage

If you're in need of a targeted sports massage session focusing on 1-2 specific muscle groups or a specific injury, the 45-minute treatment is just for you. This session is designed primarily for returning clients who are already familiar with our clinic. For new clients, we recommend booking the 60-minute treatment to ensure a full assessment prior to treatment.
