I'm a student Osteopath, currently holding a diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. This type of therapy can assist with musculoskeletal pain, sporting & non-sporting injuries, chronic & acute conditions, back pain, and overall body health. During treatments, I will assess the quality of movement that you currently have. Locating any painful areas or movement patterns. Using a variety of hands-on techniques allows for improved & hopefully pain-free movement. If required, you will also receive a few at-home exercises to allow you to see further improvements.
