Massage

Swedish Massage based, therapeutic massage is aimed at treating specific ailments in the form of (but not limited to) pain, tension, numbness, tingling, burning,  aching, or weakness.
 Assessment is used to pinpoint problematic areas and skilled techniques are applied to reduce symptoms and restore function. 
A treatment plan is developed with clients to ensure a continued path to recovery. 

30 minutes will provide enough time for treatment of the problematic area without the need of a lengthy appointment time. 

Stretches and home care are then provided following treatment. 

Therapeutic Massage

Swedish Massage based, therapeutic massage is aimed at treating specific ailments in the form of (but not limited to) pain, tension, numbness, tingling, burning,  aching, or weakness.

90 minutes will provide enough time for treatment of multiple areas while still allowing portions of relaxation massage to lower overall body tension and allow for deeper techniques. 

Stretches and home care are then provided following treatment. 

90 minutes of relaxation using Swedish massage techniques to relax and refresh tired muscles. Great for overall wellness

Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage based, therapeutic massage is aimed at treating specific ailments in the form of (but not limited to) pain, tension, numbness, tingling, burning,  aching, or weakness.
 Assessment is used to pinpoint problematic areas and skilled techniques are applied to reduce symptoms and restore function. 
A treatment plan is developed with clients to ensure a continued path to recovery. 

60 minutes will provide enough time for treatment of multiple areas while still allowing portions of relaxation massage to lower body tension and allow for deeper techniques. 

Stretches and home care are then provided following treatment. 

Find yourself in the deepest state of relaxation with a 90 minute hot stone massage. Using a blend of Swedish and Hawaiian lomilomi massage styles this unique experience offers a new wave of healing. Clients are massaged with warm, smooth stones, and simultaneously treated to warming stones placed under/on the body throughout the massage. 
Using naturally formed volcanic basalt stones with heat, allows for deeper reach to muscles. Great for stubborn areas of tightness, relaxation, and promoting overall healing.
