Relax and unwind with this deeply relaxing holistic therapy that will help restore, relax and rebalance your mind, body and soul. Your blissful treatment will begin with hot towels to cleanse your feet, followed by a soothing foot massage. Then gentle pressure will be applied to reflex points all over your feet, which correspond to different areas of the body.  All products used during your treatment are 100% natural and vegan friendly. Please allow 15 mins for consulatation and feedback.

Foot Reflexology

From the moment the treatment begins, you’ll feel the tension in your shoulders and neck start to melt away. Gentle yet firm movements ease tightness, flowing down your arms and into your hands, releasing built-up stress. As your scalp is massaged with soothing, rhythmic motions, a deep sense of relaxation washes over you, quieting your mind and boosting circulation.
