I’ve just had the final full body aromatherapy massage in a course of six I booked with Michelle. It was soothing and blissful. She mixed the best combination of oils so far (they’ve all been gorgeous) and worked her magic on my overworked and overstressed body to the point I didn’t just nod off, I snored, waking myself up on one occasion. Over this course of treatments Michelle has been helping me to improve my sleep and my average per night is now 7 hours rather than 6 (or less). Indian Head Massage

Relax and unwind with this deeply relaxing holistic therapy that will help restore, relax and rebalance your mind, body and soul. Your blissful treatment will begin with hot towels to cleanse your feet, followed by a soothing foot massage. Then gentle pressure will be applied to reflex points all over your feet, which correspond to different areas of the body.  All products used during your treatment are 100% natural and vegan friendly. Please allow 15 mins for consulatation and feedback.

Foot Reflexology

Thai foot massage focuses on the feet & lower legs. Combining elements of shiatsu, Chinese massage & reflexology. It involves a series of gentle stretches, massage along with the use of a stick to stimulate the reflex points.

With each gentle touch, you'll feel the stress of the day melt away. The soothing pressure on your feet and lower legs will release tension and promote a deep sense of relaxation.

As circulation improves, you'll notice a warmth spreading throughout your body, easing tightness and leaving you feeling light and free. Your mind will clear, allowing you to let go of worries and embrace tranquility. By the end of the one hour treatment, you’ll feel rejuvenated, balanced, and completely at ease—like you’re walking on clouds.

I offer individual one on one readings at my home treatment room. This is a 60-minute experience, giving you a completely personalised reading tailored to you. With any remaining time, you can enjoy your choice of a soothing foot massage or reflexology treatment, making the experience even more relaxing and restorative.

I also offer home foot reading parties with up to 4 friends, or hen party packages, where the bride enjoys her own foot reading plus a choice of a foot massage or reflexology treatment. Parties are a fun, interactive way to connect, laugh, and share insights together.
