Another incredible reflexology session with Michelle. I also had the Ayurvedic Face Massage and wow, what a combination to fully reset your body and mind. So relaxing!

I am a regular client of Michelle's but today I had the Ayurvedic Facial for the first time.  I can only say it is amazing!! It worked wonders on my face reducing puffiness and firming my jaw line but what I was'nt prepared for was the total sense of rejuvination of the whole body, it was so relaxing. Relax and unwind with this deeply relaxing holistic therapy that will help restore, relax and rebalance your mind, body and soul. Your blissful treatment will begin with hot towels to cleanse your feet, followed by a soothing foot massage. Then gentle pressure will be applied to reflex points all over your feet, which correspond to different areas of the body.  All products used during your treatment are 100% natural and vegan friendly. Please allow 15 mins for consulatation and feedback.

From the moment the treatment begins, you’ll feel the tension in your shoulders and neck start to melt away.
