Soak, shape, removal of hard skin, scrub, application of polish & relaxing foot massage. 

Starts with soaking the feet in warm, soapy water to soften the skin and nails. After that, the toenails are trimmed and shaped and the cuticles are pushed back and tidied up. Next I will try to remove all hard skin and exfoliate the feet. Moisturising is the next step, where a lotion is applied, accompanied by a relaxing foot massage to soothe tired feet. Finally, the pedicure wraps up with the application of regular nail polish.

This process begins with the shaping and filing of the nails to the desired length and style. After soaking of the hands in warm water to soften the skin and cuticles. Next I will gently push back and trim the cuticles, ensuring a neat and polished look. Exfoliation follows, where a scrub is used to remove dead skin cells, leaving the hands feeling smooth. Lastly moisturising, it is an essential step, involving a massage with a lotion to hydrate the skin.

A Derma-planing facial is a treatment that involves exfoliating the skin's surface by using a specialised surgical scalpel to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (often referred to as "peach fuzz").
