At Restoree, Sean has amalgamated various outcome focused treatments that are designed to alleviate pain, decrease chronic and acute inflammation, mobilise limited soft tissue ranges and centre the body to relieve stress and anxiety.

An outcome focused treatment that seeks to reduce pain, improve postural imbalances, lengthen restricted soft tissue, break down adhesions and stabilise muscular imbalances. 

This treatment includes movement and postural assessment to understand your pain or movement restriction.  

It consists of a Sports Massage that is gentle in nature combined with targeted techniques specific to your pain/movement restriction.  

Mobility and Stability exercise guidance is provided to enhance the desired outcome of this treatment. 

Different parts of this treatment may require clothing and movement on and off the table. Loose fitting sportswear is recommended.

For best results Myofascial Cupping or Dry Needling is recommended (but not necessary).

Remedial Clinical

Connect to your body with a Slow Restorative Treatment. This treatment focuses on a blend of Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage that can be focused to your desire.

Slow yourself down with long, warming techniques to help soften your fascia.  Soften your muscle bellies and break down your knots with targeted Trigger Point Release. Lower stress, energise and balance the body with integrated Acupressure Points. 

Unwind and shake off the tension from modern day living. Drift deeper into your parasympathetic nervous system (‘rest and digest’ relaxation state).  

Myofascial Cupping and Dry Needling available.

Remedial Relaxation

This treatment is a combination of the Remedial Clinical and the Remedial Relaxation.

It can be geared towards more Clinical work or focused more towards Deep Tissue Relaxation.

A more Clinical focus would entail more specific/targeted releases designed to open up the hips, back and neck (remaining on the bed).

A focus more towards the relaxation side of things would entail a more traditional deep tissue massage with added acupressure to help balance stress and emotion with more full body coverage.

Remedial Deep Tissue

This treatment is designed to enhance your Lymphatic System’s ability to flush excess fluid and reduce the build up of metabolic waste.

This massage involves a combination of fast and slow rhythmic strokes designed to help reduce bloating and leave you feeling lighter.

It focuses on pumping important lymph nodes to enhance lymph gland processing of lymph fluid.

It comprises of an important belly massage to help support the flow of lymph fluid and enhance your immune system. 

Myofascial Cupping may be used to support the flow of Lymph Fluid.

Remedial Lymph Activation

This is an Add-On only treatment designed to compliment a complete service. E.g. Remedial Relaxation (60mins) + Remedial Face (30mins).

This treatment is designed to drain excess Lymphatic Fluid from the face and neck has you feeling puffy and bloated. 

It is combined with deep tissue techniques to soften tense facial muscles releasing tightness through the neck and jaw structures.  

This treatment seeks to soften underlying fascia to lightly lift the face and encourage enhanced lymphatic flow through the face and neck.
