Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety. With regular practice, it regulates sleep patterns, alleviates insomnia, and enhances overall sleep quality. Our practitioner will take you through at least three breathing practices focused on cultivating serenity, finding solace and achieving restful sleep.

Struggling with creating an ideal environment and routine which is conducive to sleeping well while working shift work? Inadequate sleep can have a detrimental effect on your health. Get tips, tricks and valuable advice on how those who make un-natural rosters 'work for them'.

Shift work - Coach/ Therapist

Assess whether excess stress hormones are blocking your body's natural ability to achieve a restful sleep. A number of tests taken at specific intervals during the night will paint a picture of if and how your stress is affecting your sleep. Great for insights for anyone who struggles with sleep or for shift workers.

Cortisol Testing

Measuring your heart rate, oxygen levels, and movement to provide a detailed and accurate picture of your sleep quality and your risk of sleep apnea – all during your stay. After the test has been completed, an EdenSleep Physiologist will discuss your results and your detailed report via a virtual or phone consultation.
