Deposit Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled and deposit transferred up to 24 hours before appointment time. After  the 24 hour limit the deposit will be become a cancellation fee.


Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy 

Hi loves, Due to the number of persons who have been no showing, canceling at the last minute and forgetting appointments despite receiving numerous reminder emails. RenewU Total Body Care has been forced to implement a deposit system from January 1st 2024.
Deposits will now be required at least 48 hours before  appointment to secure appointment.
Appointments not secured by deposit by 48 hours before appointment are subject to being rescheduled or cancelled on a case by case basis.
A deposit of $25 dollars and 20% for services over $100

N.B services under $25 dollars do not require a deposit.

Deposits are applicable to the appointment and transferable up to 24 hours before appointment at which point they become non- refundable and are now a cancellation fee.
Late fee of $10 after 20 mins. Appointments are recorded as a no show after 50 % of the appointment or 30 mins has passed.



Deposits/Cancellation/Late Fees

1. Hair should be 1/4-1/2 inch in length.
2. Take a painkiller at least an hour before visit.
3. Exfoliate and moisturize area between visits. 
4. Cleanse area before visit if possible or use wipes.
5.  Avoid adding oils, powders or creams  before  visit.


Waxing & Sugaring  Tips

1. Vouchers for specials or discounted services are valid for 30 days after the end date of the special .
2. Vouchers for regular services unless otherwise stated are valid for 90 days.
3. Vouchers are non- refundable 
4. Vouchers are transferable if the person is unable to use it within the time period.
5. Day specfic specials are not available by voucher.
6. Voucher clients are subject to late and cancellations fees also.

Voucher Policy

Please try to arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time. There is a grace period of 10 mins. After this grace period has passed, you may begin losing time on your appointment or incur a late fee of $10 after 20 mins. This means that if your appointment is one hour and you are 25 mins late you may receive a 45 min service. Time will be deducted from your appointment, but you will be charged for the full time/service. After 50% of your appointment time has passed, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and our Cancellation Policy will be in effect.

The $50 consultation fee will be deducted from the final cost of the procedure

Some persons may have 1 Mole while another person may have 100, and therefore we would need to assess the areas to be treated as well as to confirm the cost.
Your moles/tags/growths will be assessed to first determine if it can effectively removed.
Includes the cost of anesthetic to numb the area
