Facial Gua Sha (Stone Medicine) employs hot and cold crystal tools to create a deeply therapeutic experience. Smooth crystals are gently applied in sweeping motions to promote circulation, reduce puffiness, and encourage lymphatic drainage. Your treatment starts with the gentle soothing cleansing of the feet using hot towels. This step not only helps to relax your muscles but also prepares your feet for the reflexology session.

Your session begins with a luxurious hot towel cleanse, preparing you for Facial Reflexology by enhancing circulation and relaxing your muscles. Menopause Support Reflexology 

Many mums-to-be find reflexology helps a range of symptoms from aches and pains and swollen ankles to tiredness and anxiety. However, it is not usually advisable to start reflexology in the first trimester if you are not already having regular treatments. I advise that you tell your midwife you are planning reflexology, and take her advice into consideration.

Pregnancy & Maternity Reflexology

I have specific training in reflexology to support the journey to natural and assisted fertility, and personal experience of the burden of heartbreak and despair when that journey gets too long, and the effects on emotions and relationships. Although there are no guarantees,  reflexology can help with creating balance and harmony in the body and dealing with the stress and emotional upheavals at this difficult time.

Fertility & Conception Reflexology

Reflexology can be highly beneficial for children and teenagers, helping to relieve symptoms of allergies, insomnia, anxiety, stress, and hormonal imbalances. Each session is flexible, gentle, and tailored to the child’s needs. We begin by settling in and discussing what will happen during the treatment, creating a relaxed environment.

During the session, I focus on the key reflex points to address specific issues, and there’s room for conversation or breaks as needed. Some children may feel content after 20 minutes, while others might enjoy a longer session, up to 40 minutes. The cost is fixed for younger children.  For older children, we eventually adjust session length and cost based on what feels right. Bringing a favorite teddy or mascot is encouraged  to help the child feel at home, and the parent stays in the room; a comfortable armchair is provided. 

For the best results, I recommend weekly treatments for 4-6 weeks, followed by less frequent sessions for maintenance.
