Refined is a great place for a  sauna & magnesium pool sessions. Staff are pleased to guide & friendly as are patrons. High standard of facility cleanliness & complimentary healthy tea post sessions complete an exceptional experience. Our meticulously crafted custom sauna prioritises your comfort and revitalisation through: detoxification, increased cardiovascular function, muscle recovery, relaxation and to alleviate stress.

Aim for 60mins per week across 2-3 sessions for sustained General Health Improvements.

As your blood vessels constrict & dilate they will deliver nutrients to the body while flushing out any unwanted toxins.

Alternate between cold & hot pools to experience the rejuvenating benefits of our Contrast Magnesium Pools, meticulously crafted to elevate your well-being.
We recommend 4mins in each pool for 3 rounds (24mins).

Ensure you are well hydrated before entering the sauna.
400-500ml per 10mins in the sauna.

Begin with your feet up in the Normatec compression boots before experiencing the invigoration Contrast Magnesium Pools.

Wear loose clothing with no zips or anything in your pockets while in the Normatec compression boots.

Opt into what's on the televisions, read a book or bring your laptop to get through those errands.

Put your feet up in our relaxing custom lounge area in the Normatec boots before getting the blood flowing and heart rate up in our meticulously crafted custom sauna. 
Utilise our showers outside the sauna for a form of contrast therapy while taking as many breaks as required.

This will have your muscles totally relaxed and ready for anything the following day.

Put your feet up in our spacious upstairs lounge area in our Normatec Compression boots before enjoying the magic of a Contrast Magnesium pool session before unwinding in our beautifully crafted custom Sauna.

The ultimate relaxation bundle as your blood vessels constrict & dilate through multiple methods which will deliver nutrients to the body while flushing out any unwanted toxins.

This will have your muscles totally relaxed and ready for anything the following day.

This tranquil breath, movement and cold water immersion class provides the ultimate opportunity for overall wellbeing. You will be guided through a practice to cultivate space to breathe fresh life & energy within, to settle the mind into the present moment being offered in this class.
 
Flow through intentional breathwork and movement before navigating the cold water immersion as a group to further implement the practice from your class, setting and sealing our time together, an opportunity to connect with yourself a little deeper as well as the others that you've journeyed with.

This class requires comfortable clothing for the breath and movement  component and swimwear and a towel for cold immersion.
