This was my first Reiki session so wasn't really sure what to expect, but Gemma talked through what she would do before we got started, all I had to do was lay back and relax. I felt so calm and a lot lighter at the end of the session. I'd definitely recommend Gemma to anybody who needs to wind down from the everyday stresses of life.
