Relax with gentle somatic breaths and a guided meditation as the sound waves bring deep relaxation to your nervous system.

In this gentle 45 minute Energy Balancing session we will work with the sound elements through the use of brass singing bowls, crystal sound bowls, tuning forks and the sound of voice to balance each of your chakras and bring your energy centers back into alignment before sending you peacefully back out into the world. 

Music is deeply healing to the soul and melts away the stresses of the day through each breath that eases you into the tones. Allow the sound elements to bring you into the flow of your own rhythm.

Opening to receive a brief energetic reading will provide insight to the current flow of your personal energy waves through the use of Reiki and my pendulum ally. An oracle card pull will also be provided from the deck of the day. This reading can be virtual or in person.

We will tap into each energy center and let you know where your blocks are and also where you are super open to help balance the vibes you have going on to keep you moving forward. We are over the stagnancy okay love! Let‘s shift.

This session is great for a nice yummy meditative energetic tune up for all of the energetic centers. Leave floating on air with peace of mind.

In our Reiki session together, we will work together with your energy to gently soothe and tend to the energetic fields of the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies allowing the wholeness of oneself to return to balance. 

Depending on where you are within your journey and desire for seeking a reiki session we will bring deeper focus to your intentions and allow the energy flow to move through and bring healing to blocks within the body.

All sessions are blended with a modality of sound elements, aromatherapy and crystals.
Psychic channeled  insights will be shared after all sessions.
