This session will follow on from the initial treatment and continue the journey to educate, empower you, and remind the body of it's healing potential.

Follow up Acupuncture Appointment 1/2 hr

Initial consultation will go in depth to support your practitioner to understand your current symptoms and lifestyle factors that may be impacting your health. 
A treatment plan will be created for the presenting symptoms and ongoing care may be suggested to harmonize the body.
Your first treatment will be conducted following diagnosis. 
This treatment may have a combination of;
Tui Na - Traditional Chinese style of massage to support meridian channels
Acupuncture - Fine needle technique that supports to re-balance the body
Cupping - Heated glass cups applied as a muscular support to create space 
between muscles and ease friction and contraction.
Reiki - Subtle energy work on the surface of the body that helps to shift stagnant energy. 
The chosen techniques will be explained clearly and discussed with you for your agreement and satisfaction.
