Hopi ear candling or thermal auricular therapy, involves placing a hollow cone shaped candle made of fabric dipped in wax into the ear canal. The other end is lit creating a gentle suction effect and warmth. This treatment is accompanied by a relaxing facial massage. Benefits may help alleviate symptoms of sinus congestion, colds or hayfever. It can reduce feelings of pressure in the ears or head and may assist with reducing mild ear discomfort.

Hopi Ear Candling
