Reiki energy healing helps with realigning unbalanced physical or emotional energy blockages, which are often caused by negative thinking, unhealed trauma, or stress, to assist in giving people back the energy they need to holistically heal the body, mind, and spirit. A reiki energy healing session is very calming or grounding, as well as being an emotional realignment. Distant reiki is performed without the client being physically present. It can be performed on anyone, anywhere in the world, with the therapist at their location. The practitioner uses a reiki symbol which allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the client, thereby enabling them to send universal life force energy across time and space.
