I combine low tech, hi touch tools such as Gua Sha with a range of Electrical Therapies and Face Massage techniques.  
The skin care I use is an advanced range by Dermaviduals which is dermatological, biomimetic and hyper customisable.
My Facials can be booked as one off skin boosting treat or as a series of Treatments to maintain healthy skin that ages well in the long term.   I aim for my Facials to be a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

My first time at JoJo Beauty and it was a lovely space. As always Norah was warm and friendly. The facial was absolutely amazing and extremely relaxing, I think I almost drifted off at one  point. I left feeling absolutely glowing. and I can’t wait for the next one!

A Bespoke  Facial is one that is tailored to be of optimum benefit to you and your skin, placing the focus and emphasis on your prior concerns.  All my Facials are given as Bespoke Treatments.

The Facial involves the application of skin friendly products that work to improve the feel, appearance and functioning of your skin.  I work with hyper customisable products that allow for mixing and blending in the Treatment Room.

I use a fusion of massage techniques from the East and West to work to improve the microcirculation and lymph drainage, lift and tone muscles.

I make use of electrical therapies such as Ultrasonic Cleansing, Thermo & Cryo Therapy, High Frequency, Microcurrent, Dermafusion, LED light therapy and Radio Frequency.  

I may bring in Gua Shas, Facial Cupping, Acupressure Rollers and/or Crystal Spheres.

This Facial will brighten the complexion, improving tone and texture and overall skin health.

Bespoke Holistic Facial

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy is a holistic treatment working with natural processes within the skin.

How is it done?
I use the DermaPro Microneedling pen which has adjustable depths and speeds so treatments can be customised for each section of your face.   I include mesotherapy and LED Light Therapy for optimum results.

What does it do?
Microneedling deliberately causes micro traumas to activate the skins natural healing processes, stimulate the release of growth factors within the skin and the synthesis of collagen and elastin. The skin becomes smoother and firmer as the new collagen plumps up from within, visibly reducing wrinkle depth.

Microneedling

Microcurrent is often referred to as a Non Surgical Face Lift.
During the treatment we infuse the muscles, tissues and skin cells with the Microcurrent. The effects are both immediate and cumulative. 
Microcurrent also increases the production of cellular energy known as ATP (adenosine tri phosphate). This rejuvenating energy boost slows down cellular ageing.  There is an increase in the speed and efficiency with which the skin functions, regenerates and repairs itself. 
After a microcurrent treatment ATP production will continue to increase and the skin can store it for up to 72 hours.

Natural Lift Face Massage is a holistic facial treatment that incorporates a series of intricate and precise massage movements, from East and West to free tension stored in the facial muscles and erase signs of stress and fatique.  

Gentle but precise manipulation to the deep and superficial muscles of the face frees them from rigid patterns. This softens lines and facial expressions 

The flexibility of the connective tissue can be improved as adhesions in the fascia are released, tissue fibres flattened and stretched.
Tight contracted muscles in the face can relax, lengthen and improve in tone.
Gentle but firm lifting massage techniques are applied over the face and around the eyes to restore brightness
Tightness & tension in the scalp, head, neck, shoulders are released.

Cosmetic Thermotherapy and Cryo Therapy can be layered in to a Bespoke Facial with lovely results. It involves the therapeutic application of heat and cold via an electrical massage devise to produce heat and cold shock proteins that help cells to regenerate. Using both within one Treatment helps to stimulate the fibroblast cells for increased collagen production. The overall effect is to leave the skin feeling revitalised, tight, firm and vibrant.

ThermoCryo Therapy Facial

Needle Free Mesotherapy works transdermally to accelerate rejuvenation of the skin from within while being a completely non invasive and relaxing treatment.
Electrical impulses open micro channels in the skin, saturating the cells with Active ingredients and allowing Bespoke Meso Therapy cocktails to be infused in to the middle (meso) layer of the skin.
Meso Therapy Cocktails contain a combination of nutrients such as vitamins, peptides, amino acids, complexes and antioxidants.  
Varying cocktail combinations can address a range of skin concerns  such as:

An Ayurvedic Facial is a Holistic Treatment.  It involves isolating vital energy points called Marmas, and massaging them with finger tips.  Facial is enhanced with a Kansa Wand
This improves the flow of energy through the Nadis which are subtle energy channels that connect the Marmas.
As the Nadis relay energetic information between your mind, body and the chakra system an Ayurvedic Facial has the potential to go beyond the skin to effect both body and mind.
Facial Marma Therapy is a rejuvenating Treatment that brings many visible benefits to your skin and complexion, working both physically and energetically to increase tejas, the radiance in the skin.
Marma Therapy can also offer relief from insomnia, neuralgia, tired eyes caused by eye strain, sinus congestion, tension headaches and tension in the jaw and facial muscles and is deeply relaxing for the body as a whole.

Ayurvedic Facial

Dermalux Flex uses LED Light Therapy to activate the skins repair mechanisms, re-energizing aging and damaged skin.  It can be used as a stand alone Treatment or layered in to a Bespoke Facial to create advanced cell renewal, restoring the skin to a healthier state.  It is painless and safe for all skin colours and skin types with no down time.

Specific clinically proven wavelengths are absorbed by chromosphores within the skin:
Blue light 415nm - destroys bacteria, improves clarity and calms problem skin conditions
Red light 633nm - super-charges the cells to accelerate renewal, boost collagen and elastin production and increase hydration for smoother, firmer skin. 
Near Infra Red light 830nm - targets cells in the deeper layers to  calm redness and irritation.

LED Light Therapy

Radio Frequency is a non invasive treatment which applies heat energy into  the skin, promoting skin health and giving an energy boost to fuel dermal remodelling.  
The heat is focused down in to the dermal layer to stimulate new collagen synthesis while causing contraction and tightening of existing collagen. 
This results in firmer, tighter and younger looking skin. 
Radio Frequency will also stimulate the microcirculation where it is applied so it give the skin a lovely fresh, oxgenated apearance. 
I use Mutlipolar Radio Frequency which is optimal for treating the face and neck.

This Lymphatic Drainage Facial uses specific massage techniques, skin brushing, cupping and gua shas to move the skin over the pathways of the lymph. By cleaning the interstitial fluid (the fluid within the tissues) your skin cells are provided with a healthier environment in which they can thrive.  Decongesting the lymph is particularly beneficial for skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema and acne but also beneficial for the health of your skin in general  .
