My Mom has a 9A in n Wednesdays at Provision. Every time they wash her hair she describes it being a fiasco. For whatever reason water goes down her back and she pretty much gets drenched.

Struggled to get positioned properly to wash hair and will wash own hair before getting hair done for future appointments. Did a great job of styling. Very pleased
