Annie is always an absolute delight to see. I trust her entirely with my elderly pup! I can see that she loves and truly cares for all the clients that she sees, which puts me at ease. My pup was initially very timid and shy of strangers, even moreso of the groomers due to the new environment, all of the loud noises and stress placed on the pups. However, with her cage free environment, my dear pup could feel less anxious, roam freely and Annie’s sweet nature helped my pup become used to the processes of getting groomed!

Warm shampoo and conditioning treatment, gentle blow dry, brush out, shaved pads, nail trim, shave of private parts and light trim around eyes. Perfect for in-between fur cuts, or those who don’t need a full body clip and like to look their furry best. Add-on $10 for restyle of head and face.

Ear Plucking 

Removal of dead and compacted coat. Deshedding is recommended every 4 to 6 weeks, otherwise this additional charge applies. 

Deshedding brush out per 10 mins 

This 3-step process assists in removal of collected undercoat in short hair or double-coated breeds. The first step is using a deeply penetrating yet gentle shampoo to cleanse and neutralise the iconic charge within the coat, and remove all dirt, odour, and excess sebum. This prepares the coat for loose hair removal. Once the shampoo has penetrated, a forced air dryer is applied and de-shedding commenced. 

A second step is a product containing protein is then applied which fills in damaged or rough areas of hair cuticle making a smooth surface that permits easy release of remaining loose coat to slide out with little or no force. 

The final step is a third product called ‘Close’, a mildly acidic silicone conditioning spray which seals the hair cuticle and promotes maximum release of tangled and collected hair within the coat. Removes ~ 70% to 80% of excess coat.
