I was taught to perform traditional Indian Head massage as still practiced in India today. Elders teach the daughters and granddaughters and it is used as a prevention rather than cure. It's fantastic for headaches, migrains, tension in neck head and shoulders, aches, pains, stress, anxiety, depression and much more. I use natural oils, Rose, Jasmine and Argon oil to massage the head, neck and shoulders. It clears the meridians and chakras. Candles are lit and angelic music played to add to the whole experience of bliss. I advise to relax afterwards, drink plenty of water to clear toxins, wear something loose and strappy under a shirt.
