COVID-19 Update We are looking forward to welcoming our clients back into our salons from 4th July. No walk-in services are available at present If you need an appointment please book online you can set up “pay by App” to limit contact, you can phone the salon but we have limited staff so leave a message and we will get back to you soon. If you have any concerns, or become unwell and are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us immediately and if possible with 24 hours’ notice to ensure your stylist and salon remain in business and sustainable. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online now up to 24 hours before your appointment is due. We have hygiene and safety measures already in place for your protection, this includes, disposable aprons, masks and visors and providing disposable towels and capes for clients, hand sanitizers on entering the salon at reception. We will no longer be able to serve drinks or offer magazines to read for the time being. Please feel free to bring your own. Please come to your appointment alone and where possible leave any personal belongings either in your car or at home a paper bag can be provided. There is no waiting area so please be prompt for your appointment as there is limited client capacity and we are running a tight hourly schedule. Panache have been able to keep prices at pre-lockdown levels. A Covid 19 Surcharge of £1.50 will be added to all client’s bills. This is to cover the extra expense incurred for additional PPE, cleaning consumables, equipment as well as additional time needed to sterilise after each visit. This will be removed as soon as the situation allows. Promotions: All discounts and loyalty cards have been temporarily suspended. We hope to re-introduce these as soon as possible. For your safety, we are legally obliged to carry out a complimentary skin test at least 48 hours before your colour service. Without one we will be unable to carry out your colour service.
