I am a qualified Medicinal Herbalist based in Oxford, offering online and in-person consultations. I use iris examination to understand what is happening in the body and I use a herbal questionnaire to ensure I get a good understanding of your health, your family's health, emotional stresses and strains and how you live your life - ensuing I can then make you a herbal formula that will work and correct your body. I create herbal tinctures, capsules, infusions, ointments and poultices for my clients. All of my mixtures are bespoke, ensuring my client's health concerns are addressed.
